Recently completely renovated, the house is situated in the lovely area of Carinthia, in Southern Austria, in the village of St. Kanzian a mere 100 metres from the beautiful lake of Klopeiner see.
This is the place many Austrian's choose to go on holiday. The balconies of the houses are festooned with bright geraniums, the air is clean, the lake is one of the warmest in Austria (with thermal springs in the area), and of drink-water quality and views are of mountains and wild flower meadows.
The house sleeps five, plus a smaller flat; with its own separate entrance, sleeping two. Holiday house in Austrian is 'Ferienhaus', (Ferien meaning holiday), 'Fewo' - is short for Ferienwohnungen, (Wohnungen meaning apartment).
The larger of the two 'Fewo's' has: Upstairs: One double bedroom, one twin bedded room and one single bedroom, an upstairs loo
Downstairs: A large lounge with dining area, breakfast bar and open plan kitchen and a bathroom with shower, satalite TV/radio.
For larger groups there is a door between the two Fewo which opens the space up into one larger house accommodating seven - a Ferienhaus. Additional "put you up" beds are also available if required.
There is a large covered porch with comfortable seating.
The garden is equipped with sun beds, loungers, four bicycles and two barbeques and a table and chairs.

A stream runs directly alongside the garden in which brown trout may be seen, and is also home to beautiful ducks and other wild birds.
